I am a certified Corporate Leadership and Emotional Intelligence Coach with a particular focus on providing guidance to teams and leaders in the technology industry. Since 2016, I have been committed to offering my expertise in group and team leadership coaching. As an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation, I am well-equipped to administer EQ-i and EQ360 assessments. I received my training through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching in life coaching and happiness studies, and subsequently furthered my education through the Get Real Leadership program in group and team leadership coaching..

My primary focus centers on the human dynamics, communication, and leadership development of groups. I am passionate about immersing myself in teams to identify common visions, tackle obstacles, and assist clients in functioning optimally as a team. I utilize shared goal-setting, emotional intelligence building, and communication development tools to facilitate this process.

I have worked one-on-one with numerous leaders, helping them develop passion projects and muster the courage necessary to make significant life changes. By providing a safe and nurturing environment, my clients have become more open and vulnerable in their relationships, both in and out of work. This newfound confidence has enabled them to break free from feeling stuck.
