Individual Coaching
Finding the right coach can be challenging, but we’re here to make it easier for you. Here’s what working with us looks like:

We’ll kick things off with a complimentary session, usually lasting between 30-60 minutes. This is your time to tell us all about what brings you to coaching. We'll explain how our methods could work for you and answer any questions you might have. We’ll also discuss your expectations for coaching and what you can expect from working with a coach.

Once we've decided that we're a good fit, you will be invited to sign up for a 12-session coaching package. 12 sessions usually happen within 16 weeks. Each session lasts up to 60 minutes. Many of our clients even get their companies to cover part or all of our fees.

In our first session, we’ll dive into your goals. Whether they're short, mid, or long-term, we’ll figure out what’s most important to you and how we can help keep you accountable.
Our program helps you achieve key outcomes such as enhanced self-perception, self-expression, interpersonal skills, problem-solving, and stress management. Learn to navigate workplace politics, improve time management, and overcome burnout. Additionally, our coaching provides strategies for career advancement and securing promotions. -
We work together with you to create a tailored development plan that focuses on your specific areas of growth. We use a combination of assessments and powerful conversations to identify both your strengths and gaps. This information makes room for a lot of movement. When you know what is in your way and you have access to tools and support, you can be unstoppable.

Organizational Systems: You’ll get a shared Google Drive folder with welcome information and contracts, assessment results, and a session log. This is a shared space that you will always have access to, so any work that we do together will go here.
Life and Workflow Planning: We can help you create an online plan to reach both personal and professional goals.
EQ-i Assessment: Emotional Intelligence is crucial for effective communication and strong relationships. This assessment helps you develop these skills.
Character Strengths Assessments: We’ll explore your top character strengths and how to leverage them, as well as develop lesser strengths.
Values Assessment: Understanding your core values helps you make decisions that align with what truly matters to you.
