This program is centered around a fundamental aspect of leadership: Emotional Intelligence (EQ) - the ability to understand and manage your emotions and the emotions of those around you. EQ plays a pivotal role in your ability to connect with others, lead with empathy, and make profound decisions. Leaders who master EQ are long remembered for their impact and influence on both the organizations and the individuals that they are leading.
This is a small group coaching program that runs for 7 consecutive weeks. Each session is 90 minutes and is interactive group-style learning. Each week you will walk away with goals and easy-to-apply tools to help you start seeing the return immediately. Each participant also receives an EQ-i assessment valued at $400 and a private debrief of their results.
